Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist classroom teachers by supporting the instruction and supervision of students
• Provide individualized or small group academic support as directed
• Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce school routines
• Support students with varying needs, ensuring their participation and engagement
• Prepare, organize, and distribute educational materials as requested by teaching staff
• Foster a welcoming learning atmosphere and encourage student confidence
• Accompany students throughout the school day as needed, including during transitions and activities
