About This Role Build your career with Crux Subsurface, Inc. and help deliver innovative, high-impact construction projects across North America. This role supports active construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance. This is a field-forward position. You\'ll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide, with multi-week assignments expected. When you\'re not in the field, you\'re based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered. The Construction Project Coordinator role is a direct path to Project Manager. What You'll Do Coordinate project activities from planning through closeout Manage schedules, costs, and material procurement and logistics Perform quality inspections and provide direct support to field crews Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation Communicate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving Identify and solve problems proactively before they affect schedule or cost What You'll Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent field experience 3+ years in project coordination or engineering Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) Cost tracking experience in Excel Familiarity with a PM platform (Procore or similar) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time on multi-week deployments What You'll Get Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $100,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
