About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized care and assistance to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support

• Encouraging independence and promoting a sense of well-being among residents

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members and facility administrators

Requirements:

• Caregiver (Residential Care) certification or willingness to obtain

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
