Our rapidly growing regional agency is expanding our client account management team across Brandon and the Greater Tampa Bay area. We partner with local business owners, employees, and families to deliver voluntary workplace benefits and financial security options.

What You'll Do

• B2B Client Acquisition: Meet directly with local business decision-makers and individuals to present tailored voluntary benefit packages.

• Employee Enrollments: Conduct and support workplace benefit enrollments and educate employees on coverage options.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing partnerships with decision-makers and client organizations.

• Field Autonomy: Manage your weekly calendar, client follow-ups, and field activity using modern CRM tools.

• Team Development: Participate in ongoing agency strategy briefings, field coaching, and leadership workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional in-person presence.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to master a structured sales system.

• Background in customer service, sales, retail management, hospitality, or military service is helpful (not required).

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses incentives

• Target First-Year Range: $43,000 - $91,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
