Qualifications:

• WV Professional Teaching Certificate
• Certified to teach: Multi-categorical and Autism grades 9-12, K-Ad preferred
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Additional Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.

Start Date: October 20, 2026 for the 2026-2027 School Year
Contract Days: remainder of 200-day contract beginning the 2026-2027 School Year; 200 day contract for the 2027-2028 SY
Salary: Based on the 2026-2027 salary scale - commensurate with experience and education
