Sales & Client Advisor - Keyholder - Short Hills Mall

Summary The Sales & Client Advisor reports to the Store Director and delivers exceptional client service while supporting daily store operations. As a Keyholder you will help achieve sales targets, perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain merchandising, inventory and store standards. The role requires balancing sales, operational and visual responsibilities to ensure a superior client experience. Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales goals and provide high-quality client service Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with day-to-day store operations Organize and maintain the stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention processes Ensure proper cash register and safe procedures, including timely bank deposits Implement visual displays and maintain presentation and fixture standards Oversee daily cleaning, maintenance and supply levels of the store Handle customer complaints and coordinate communication with other departments Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for fashion Demonstrated ability to support operational standards and lead by example #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
