Senior Product Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, LLMs, and AI agents, with hands‑on experience in delivering production‑ready projects in this domain. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of enterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision : Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑driven enterprise applications, focusing on the legal domain; collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation. AI, LLM & AI Agents Expertise : Leverage AI, LLM, and AI agents to guide the development of intelligent, production‑ready solutions that expand CoCounsel offerings; work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure successful implementation of AI features. Transactional Solutions : Lead the development of transactional applications for large law firms; ensure products meet the highest standards of security, usability, reliability, and quality. Workflow Applications : Design and optimize processes using workflow applications to enhance user productivity; identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows with AI and other technologies. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align and successfully launch products. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all product‑related matters; communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to all organization levels. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years product management in AI‑driven applications and enterprise software; proven track record of delivering production‑ready AI projects; legal domain experience is highly desirable. Technical Skills : Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, AI agents, workflow applications, and process automation. Soft Skills : Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and communication abilities; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences; thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (Azure DevOps, Office 365); knowledge of UX design principles. Annual bonus eligibility based on enterprise and individual performance.
