Location & Hours Gordon Food Service Store LLC, 9312 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922-2319. Store Hours: Monday through Saturday 7AM–8PM; Sunday 9AM–6PM. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter. Pay & Benefits Pay: $18 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare sliced meats (must be 18years or older to operate a meat slicer) and cheeses, and make sandwiches and wraps. Juice – prepare ingredients for beverages. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or other food production areas during down times. Use the Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day. Utilize the broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, fish and potato wedges as needed. Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods. Change oil in broasters. Qualifications At least 16years of age. Provide superior customer service. Multitask and work independently or in a team. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Must provide a letter of support from management if working with a Gordon Food Service customer, when selected for interview.
