In addition to the listed pay rage, the night shift differential is $5/hour for 8 of the 12 hours worked. Job Description: As an LPN at JourneyPure, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing nursing assessments and providing direct patient care.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assisting in patient assessments and evaluations.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Current, Florida LPN license or multi-state compact license equivalent
• BLS certification
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or long-term care environment.
