Electrical ApprenticeWe are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an electrical apprentice. The responsibilities include but are not limited to performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and repairing machinery.To be successful, you should have a strong working knowledge of electrical systems as well as the tools related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems.High character is at the core of the Locke Supply culture.Who is Locke Supply? With a 100-acre complex in Oklahoma City, supplying over 190 locations, Locke is a premium supplier in the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC markets.ResponsibilitiesInstallation of commercial electrical systems.Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for electrical installation.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems.Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.Completing preventative maintenance on electrical systems and the associated equipment.RequirementsValid driver license with a clean driving recordMust pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug TestMust be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS.Overnight travel (up to 50% of working hours; average 2 overnights per week)Working knowledge of electrical systems and their inner workings.Familiarity with all tools and equipment necessary for commercial electrical installation and maintenanceBenefitsESOP- Locke Supply is 100% Employee owned.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability401 (K)Hotel Accommodations and Food Stipend for Overnights
