Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00

Are you seeking a fulfilling pediatric career that offers an excellent work-life balance, manageable patient volumes, and the potential for future ownership? Our organization is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to become part of our established Pediatric Hospitalist team.

• 7-on/7-off work schedule
• No outpatient clinic duties
• Level II Nursery with over 1,000 annual deliveries
• Average daily newborn census of around 7-8 patients
• Weekday Nurse Practitioner rounding support
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system
• Onsite Emergency Department and anesthesia assistance
• Access to pediatric specialty services and telemedicine resources in St. Louis
• Higher-acuity newborns are transferred to tertiary care centers in St. Louis
• Optional moonlighting opportunities for additional earnings
• Partnership eligibility after three years

• Live in the St. Louis metropolitan area and commute during your service week while taking advantage of the amenities of a major city.
• Housing arrangements can be discussed for those who prefer to stay locally during their scheduled week.
