CDL Class A OTR Driver

Location: Apopka, FL (Nationwide Routes)

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Efficiency Brand LLC is seeking professional, safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes throughout the continental United States while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Our freight consists primarily of dry van, drop-and-hook loads, allowing drivers to maximize miles and minimize downtime.

Compensation & Schedule

Solo Drivers: $0.70 CPM (loaded and empty miles) or 30% of Gross ($7K - $12K gross/week)
Team Drivers: $0.85 - $0.90 CPM
OTR Schedule: 4 Weeks Out / 1 Week Home
4,000+ Miles Per Week (Solo)
7,000+ Miles Per Week (Teams)
Weekly Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
Transport freight efficiently and on time.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and fleet management.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Secure and protect freight during transport.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A License.
Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience.
Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background requirements.
Basic English communication skills required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Ability to travel OTR for extended periods.
