Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our Pediatrics Division at El Nuevo San Juan (ENSJ). Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma required. Medical Assistant Certificate or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required. 0‑2 years of related experience in the healthcare sector. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Flexible work schedule. Proficiency with computers and software. Strong communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a high‑volume environment. Kindness, compassion, and patient‑centered work ethic. Key Duties Prepares examination rooms, stocks inventory, and prepares patient for providers. Engages in patient template management. Obtains vital signs, chief complaint, and medical history and accurately records in medical records. Assists providers during all aspects of exams, treatments, and ambulatory procedures. Registers and verifies patient demographics. Provides front‑desk support as needed. Maintains room logs. Prepares pediatrics forms for provider completion. Schedules appointments and recalls patients for required services. Compensation Minimum: $23.00/hour; Maximum: $23.00/hour.
