Who You Are: We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Certified Nursing Aide. This person will have a genuine interest in working with older adults and be able to engage, motivate, and support both residents and fellow team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and aligned with our values of respect, excellence, and community. Creativity, teamwork, and a drive to exceed expectations are key traits we're looking for as we work together to fulfill our mission of uplifting the lives of those we serve.

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum current State of Texas Nurse Assistant Certification. One year of experience working as a Certified Nurse Assistant including some medical/surgical experience and awareness of the needs of geriatric residents.
