Content Specialist

Position Overview JSI Consulting is seeking a Content & Catalog Specialist to support our growing portfolio of vendor partners. In this role, you’ll manage product content, retail listings, and catalog data across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll create and maintain accurate, compelling product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing details, while making sure every listing meets retailer requirements and brand standards. You’ll also manage JSI Consulting’s social media channels, from planning and writing content to scheduling posts, engaging with our online community, and tracking performance to grow our audience and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large volumes of product information with speed and accuracy. You bring a strong eye for quality, clear writing skills, and a creative approach to storytelling on social platforms. You enjoy balancing structured, data-driven work with content that connects with an audience. This position plays a key role in making sure our vendor partners’ products are accurately represented, discoverable, and ready for retail opportunities, while also helping shape how JSI Consulting shows up online. This is a full-time, in-office position. You’ll work closely with our analytics, sales, and vendor management teams to support product launches, improve listing performance, and align content with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings and product content for vendor partners Organize and maintain product catalogs, SKU data, and product specifications Prepare and update product information for retailer submissions and presentations Work with vendors to collect and organize product assets and marketing content Assist in preparing product catalogs, sales sheets, and retailer presentations Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency Coordinate with the analytics team to support product reporting and category analysis Help manage and organize digital product libraries and assets Manage the company’s social media channels end to end, from writing and publishing engaging content to growing audience engagement and community interaction across platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience working with large product datasets or catalogs Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with retail product submissions or eCommerce platforms Familiarity with product data management systems Experience working with product imagery and marketing assets Knowledge of automotive, tools, outdoor, or hardware categories is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work with growing consumer brands and major retail partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
