Responsibilities

• Keep the cash area clean and organized.
• Perform daily reconciliations of transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with the Employer Services Manager about any concerns or improvements.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of math and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
• Must pass English assessments and basic knowledge of hierarchical structures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the department's policies and procedures.
