Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of IEPs, speech-language assessments, and intervention plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group) in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
• Offer consultative support and training to educators and staff as needed
