Project Manager (DDC)
Our client is a general contractor hiring a Project Manager (DDC) in Bronx, NY due to growth and stability. This general contractor recently landed a $20M NYCDDC project and is looking for a Project Manager (DDC) in Bronx, NY that has experience leading this project or similar within a general contractor.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources as per project requirements.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Strong project management experience within the construction sector.
