Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Holyoke, MA Job Type: Full-Time
Summary: We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans.
- Manage medications, monitor patient progress, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in the provider on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA-C credentials.
- Current Massachusetts license or authorization to practice.
- Relevant clinical experience as an NP or PA.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
- Adult and geriatric patient-care experience preferred.
