Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to promote effective recovery and return to community activities. The role also includes patient education and adherence to organizational standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; ability to perform the role from 08/24/2026; no minimum years of experience specified

• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans aimed at patient discharge within the established length of stay. Ensures accurate documentation, including goal setting, medical necessity letters, and charge entry, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. Participates in student supervision, fostering a positive learning environment, and pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and organizational involvement. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all applicable practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates awareness of performance improvement initiatives and contributes to organizational quality enhancement.
