Bilingual Talent Advisor / Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Talent Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent internal position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in staffing and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with clients, candidates, and employees in a fast-paced environment. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts Fluent in English and Spanish (required) High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude Bilingual Communication (English/Spanish) Customer Service Recruiting Talent Acquisition Account Management Human Resources Microsoft Office Suite Full-time, permanent position Career growth and advancement opportunities If you are a bilingual professional with strong customer service and sales skills who enjoys helping people find employment opportunities, we encourage you to apply today.
