Location & Duration Start Date: 07/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8-hour shifts) Employment Type: Travel Job Summary We are looking for a talented Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility. This role involves providing therapy and rehabilitation services, creating individualized plans of treatment, and promoting effective and safe recovery. Job Responsibilities Demonstrate clinical reasoning while evaluating patients, identifying diagnosis, and developing a comprehensive plan of care. Perform competency skills appropriate to the patient’s problems. Follow intervention protocols and alter the plan of care as needed. Document patient progress per approved medical and facility procedures. Discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention. Collaborate with supervisors and peers to contribute to team productivity. Job Requirements Active state license as a physical therapist. Current BLS/CPR certification.
