Growing together.Location: 15529 College Blvd, Lenexa, KS, 66219Hours: Monday - Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM - with the ability to work a rotating and on-call schedulePrimary Responsibilities:Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800Maintain competency related to performing sterile compoundingParticipate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenanceTroubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compoundingParticipate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly and monthly cleaning requirementsWork within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptlyMaintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compoundingYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of KansasAbility to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experienceAbility to work independently to solve high-stakes problemsCertified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certificationPharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certificationPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaksAbility to lift to 30 poundsAbility to climb stairs and laddersPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment.
