The Practice Join 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part-time GYN, supported by 3 APRNs, with physician tenures running 15 to 30 years 700 deliveries annually 1:4 weekend call plus 1 weeknight per week Da Vinci robotic surgery available No abortions performed Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $425,000 on a 9,000 RVU threshold with a $45 RVU payout $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance Student loan repayment and stipend negotiable J1 and H1B visa sponsorship accepted You'll Need MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Comfort with full-scope OB/GYN care Life in Pine Bluff Known locally as the "Bass Capital of the World," Pine Bluff offers a slower pace, affordable cost of living, and easy access to fishing and the outdoors.
