Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Setting: Outpatient.
• Expected to split time between clinic locations in the area.
• Patient scheduling includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
