As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful senior living community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Maintenance Director Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance department, including supervising and scheduling maintenance staff Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs Develop and implement maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and new installations Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and HIPAA Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner About the Maintenance Director Role As Maintenance Director at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
