Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing of medications and exceptional patient care. You will supervise and develop pharmacy associates, manage inventory and budgeting, and maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborating closely with store leadership, you’ll drive clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, while fostering Walmart’s culture of integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement to improve community health outcomes.
