Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized experience. This position involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage the surgery center's calendar efficiently.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and medical records.
• Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and data entry.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical setting is required.
