Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Handle customer service inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Process customer returns, exchanges, and related requests
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases
• Provide sales support and identify opportunities to convert inquiries into sales
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer and operational issues
• Keep accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
