Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Location

Bentonville, AR | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13-Week Assignment (facility can accommodate durations between 8–13 weeks) | Expected 36–48 hours/week; block scheduling and 48-hour week options may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit throughout the night shift
• Monitor and assess fetal status using continuous electronic fetal monitoring
• Support antepartum and postpartum patients as needed within the unit
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe labor progression and delivery outcomes
• Respond to obstetric emergencies in accordance with ACLS and NRP protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Must maintain a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in antepartum and postpartum care
• Flexibility with block scheduling or extended weekly hour arrangements
