Responsibilities Perform high‑quality massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, pain points, and treatment goals Educate clients on self‑care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed and accurate records of each session, including treatment plans and progress notes Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that adheres to all health and safety regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies when necessary Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service with excellent communication skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Prior experience in a med spa or wellness clinic preferred but not required Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch and personalized care!
