Job Description
Title: Payroll Analyst Duration: 4 Months Location: Las Vegas, NV - Onsite Job Description The time and labor intake analyst is responsible taking incoming employee calls for the Oracle time and labor / Payroll modules.
They will answer general baseline questions regarding timekeeping and the new Oracle Human Capital Management System or will be escalating to subject matter experts as needed. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Triage time management systemactivities: time entry, holiday schedules, absences, errors and coordinateresolution.
- Performs responsibilities asdirected within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates excellentcustomer services skills within the department and the company.
- Bachelor's degree inbusiness/accounting or related field or equivalent related workexperience.
- Five years of relatedexperience in time entry system administration or payroll processing.
- Effective analytical,problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to identify key causesand workable solutions.
- Proficiency in softwareskills to create spreadsheets and databases and to extract informationfrom the human resources/payroll and time entry systems.
- Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills.
