This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door.Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.Collecting copays and patient balances.Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization.Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.Handle patient check-out and follow-up appointments.Support a positive office culture and contribute to team goals.Requirements:Good attendance & punctuality is a must.High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a receptionist preferred.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology is advantageous.Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for patient care.Ability to travel to our St. Paul location for coverage.About Us:The Institute For Orthopedics & Chiropractic, PLLC has been serving the community for over 10 years, providing top-notch orthopedic and chiropractic care.
