We are seeking two (2) knowledgeable Dispatchers to help facilitate direction to our drivers, schools, and parents. We operate in the following towns: Attleboro, Canton, Dedham, Franklin, Foxboro, Mansfield, Needham, Norwood, Plainville, King Phillip, Randolph, Walpole, Westwood, Wrentham, Norfolk, Brookline, Newton, Watertown, Belmont, Burlington, Wellesley, Lexington, and Waltham.

Available Shifts: 6AM-3PM; 10AM-6PM

Key job responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other dispatchers regarding ride assignment and reassignment.
• Be detail oriented and organized in providing documentation of various tasks and procedures.
• Work with dispatch team and follow management direction in performing specific tasks as directed.
• Respond quickly to driver calls.
• Monitor real-time GPS locations
• Follow necessary safety protocols

Minimum requirements :

• At least 2 years dispatching experience or related transportation/customer service experience.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of locations listed above.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Must be drug/alcohol free. (We perform pre-employment and random drug testing)
• Work schedule flexibility
• Must have excellent customer services skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain 7D license
