We are seeking two (2) knowledgeable Dispatchers to help facilitate direction to our drivers, schools, and parents. We operate in the following towns: Attleboro, Canton, Dedham, Franklin, Foxboro, Mansfield, Needham, Norwood, Plainville, King Phillip, Randolph, Walpole, Westwood, Wrentham, Norfolk, Brookline, Newton, Watertown, Belmont, Burlington, Wellesley, Lexington, and Waltham.
Available Shifts: 6AM-3PM; 10AM-6PM
Key job responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other dispatchers regarding ride assignment and reassignment.
- Be detail oriented and organized in providing documentation of various tasks and procedures.
- Work with dispatch team and follow management direction in performing specific tasks as directed.
- Respond quickly to driver calls.
- Monitor real-time GPS locations
- Follow necessary safety protocols
Minimum requirements :
- At least 2 years dispatching experience or related transportation/customer service experience.
- Must have an excellent knowledge of locations listed above.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Must be drug/alcohol free. (We perform pre-employment and random drug testing)
- Work schedule flexibility
- Must have excellent customer services skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain 7D license
