- Re-assess patients systematically to identify trends requiring intervention
- Develop and implement individualized care plans as per Nursing Standards of Care
- Modify care plans based on patient evaluations
- Conduct patient and significant other health education and discharge planning
- Implement timely interventions as needed and document accordingly
- Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS Certification from AHA required
