Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or PCA (Personal Care Assistant) in a school setting preferred
• Ability to assist students with academic work and daily living skills

• Comfortable following Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and working directly with classroom teachers
• Ability to maintain a positive, encouraging attitude while supporting students one-on-one or in small groups
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification a plus
