We are seeking Direct Caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) for various departments throughout our organization:

• Assisted Living Facility-Suffolk, VA
• Residential Homes-Suffolk, VA
• Day Support Program-Suffolk, VA

Responsibilities and Duties of Direct Support Professional:

• Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans 
• Caring for, monitoring, evaluating, and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following:
• Developmental Disabilities (Adult or Child)
• Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) (Children /Adolescents)
• Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse (SMI/SA).

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED Certificate.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record.
• Experience with those that are Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health or residential setting.
• Food Handlers Certification.
