Occupational Therapist (PT) - Therapeutic Day Program Chicago, IL | Predictable Monday–Friday, 8am-4:00 PM schedule - no evenings or weekends. Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Package: Valued between $88,000-$105,000. Annual Salary: $72,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications. Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence. Responsibilities: Providing individualized and rotation therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Knowledge and Skills Required: Master's or Doctorate Degree of Occupational Therapy Active Illinois Licensed Occupational Therapist license through IDFPR Experience providing OT services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences Why Join Eyas Landing - Avondale?
