Sales Rep

You’ll be the face of our company to new and existing clients, showcasing our services and building relationships that last. Role Overview Prospect, build relationships, present services, and prepare quotes to grow Tech Pro Construction’s client base. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads in Dayton and surrounding areas Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and present proposals and quotes Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets Collaborate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction Requirements 3–5 years of proven sales experience (construction or related preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Universal: Authorized to work in the U.S.; follow company safety policies; full-time availability; respectful, team-first attitude; EOE workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Pro Construction, LLC
