As the Cooler Driver, your role will be responsible for the delivery of catering and equipment to all FedEx flights scheduled for departure. Providing professional customer support to our customers. Supporting Air Fayre's daily operations, while ensuring that departure times are met without delays. Functions and Responsibilities Staging of equipment & catering carts on delivery vehicles Responsible for on-time delivery of equipment & catering carts to aircraft on the airfield Proper placement of all food and equipment in aircraft in designated areas Provide customer support, addressing all questions, and/or issues in a professional manner. Ensuring our client’s needs are met Responsible for maintaining a safe work area & meeting safety regulations/guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Able to qualify for Fed-Ex Airport Security Clearance Must be willing to work in various climate environments Motivated, proactive in helping others, and dedicated to customer service Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, dependable with a team mentality Must have a valid driver's license & able to pass a 10-year background check Able to lift to 60 pounds & work in tight areas, bend, lift above shoulder height Reliable transportation and able to work weekends, flexibility to work various shifts as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
