As a Production Assembler , you’ll be the mastermind behind assembling hoses and fittings that don’t just connect parts — they keep industries flowing smoothly (literally). You’ll transform raw materials into high-quality assemblies that meet strict company, customer, and regulatory standards — all while keeping your workspace cleaner than your kitchen counter. What You’ll Do Pick, cut, and conquer: Select the right fittings, cut hoses to size, and label them like a pro. Assemble with finesse: Crimp, test, and perfect each hose assembly to ensure it’s leak-free and ready for action. Test like a scientist: Record performance data because details matter (and we love proof). Keep it clean: Work in a clean room or sanitary manufacturing area — white gloves not required, but close. Be a team player: Jump in to help other departments and cross-train. Bonus points if you bring snacks. Safety first: Be the champion of safety, ethics, and company culture. Stay tidy: Maintain a workspace that would make Marie Kondo proud. Other duties as assigned: Because surprises make life interesting. What You Bring to the Table A team-first attitude and sharp attention to detail The ability to stay motivated and hit deadlines without a pep talk Skill with calipers and tape measures (we’ll be impressed if you know 1/16" by heart) Steady hands and solid manual dexterity — you’ll be working with tools, not spreadsheets The Vibe We’re serious about our work, but not about being serious all the time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to handle the physical side of the job: Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally) Using tools and safely navigating the manufacturing floor Ready to Connect?
