Recruiter: Neelam Patel / View phone number on click.appcast.io Job Overview The Safety & Compliance Specialist supports operational safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned locations and business functions. This highly organized and detail-oriented role involves managing administrative duties, communicating proactively with stakeholders, and driving the execution of safety and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with advanced organizational and administrative capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft or Google platforms, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset while supporting compliance programs, audits, reporting, training coordination, and operational safety efforts. Responsibilities Safety and Compliance Program Execution: Implement company safety and compliance programs; conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to identify risks; support operational areas including vehicle and DOT compliance. Documentation and Incident Management: Track and manage corrective actions, compliance tasks, and training records; assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and maintain accurate regulatory documentation. Communication, Training, and Reporting: Proactively communicate safety expectations across the organization; coordinate training and engagement efforts; prepare necessary reports, presentations, and data analysis. ASSP certification(s) or related safety credentials preferred. Business acumen with the ability to align safety and compliance objectives with operational performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace platforms, including spreadsheet management, reporting, presentations, and collaboration tools.
