Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document in patient records according to policy
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient changes; report findings to the supervising clinician
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and routine treatments under direction
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs; support patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team; communicate patient status to the charge nurse
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and ensure adherence to care plans and safety standards

Requirements
- Availability for an 11-week travel assignment starting 07/19/2026
- Ability to work the night shift (18:00–06:00) in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to participate in a 3x12 shift pattern
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties in accordance with licensure and facility policies
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
