Own the Standard: You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, cleanliness, and speed, ensuring the team is always ready for our Weekly Secret Shoppers . Customer Connection: Lead the charge in high-energy service, resolving issues on the fly and making sure the dining room is spotless. Who You Are Experienced: You have previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
