As our Social Media Manager, you’ll shape Maiva’s digital voice across platforms — crafting content that connects, engages, and educates. From planning campaigns and writing thumb-stopping captions to collaborating with our creative and influencer teams, you’ll turn everyday moments into meaningful stories that reflect our values of honesty, health, and joy. What You’ll Do Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns. Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with the design, influencer, and performance teams. Track engagement metrics and identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience managing social media for D2C or lifestyle brands. Strong storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills. Understanding of trends, analytics, and brand tone consistency.
