Ensures the execution of company Inventory Integrity processThe pay range for this position is [$19.90 to $21.40 per hour]. Pay may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; educational background; and geographic location. Dependent on the position offered, benefits, bonus and incentive payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Graduate or equivalentCollege experience preferredMinimum 2 years of management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskCreative thinkingAbility to maintain composure under pressureESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFrequently operate cash registerFrequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feetFrequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stockFrequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floorFrequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers.
