Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal Practice
Baker St Animal Hospital | McMinnville, Oregon
Baker St Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned, small animal practice. We are looking for a third veterinarian who practices high-quality medicine, values collaboration, and is committed to providing exceptional care to patients and clients.

What We're Looking For
- DVM or equivalent degree with eligibility for Oregon veterinary licensure
- Strong foundation in small animal medicine and preventative care
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Surgical experience is preferred but not required
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
- New graduates are welcome
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality medical care for small animal patients
- Build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and education
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Perform routine wellness visits, diagnostics, and medical case management
- Perform surgical procedures based on experience

Schedule
- Four-day work week
- No weekend shifts
- No after-hours emergency responsibilities
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary, plus sign-on bonus, that reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our practice. Candidates with surgical experience and confidence in surgery will be considered for the higher end of the compensation range.
