The Opportunity As a Management Consulting - Workforce Solutions Intern, you will engage with clients to support their workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on change management and communications. Responsibilities Supporting teams in executing change management and communication strategies Participating in the development of workforce solutions to enhance employee experience Conducting research and gathering data to assist in business analysis and change impact assessments Observing and learning from experienced consultants to understand client support processes Assisting in the planning and implementation of organizational change initiatives Engaging in active listening and applying feedback to improve project contributions Collaborating with team members to develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies Contributing to the creation of innovative solutions for enhancing people experience within organizations What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
