IMMEDIATE OPENING – CDL A OTR TEAM DRIVER (Partner Already Assigned) – Syracuse, NY

IRGA Logistics is hiring a CDL A Team Driver to join an established, experienced co-driver on dedicated FedEx routes. Start earning right away without needing to bring your own partner.

• Dedicated, high-mileage FedEx runs
• Drop & Hook – No Touch Freight
• Consistent weekly schedule + home weekly

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn $2,500/week PER DRIVER (average)
• Weekly direct deposit
• $0.80 CPM per-driver (not split)
• $1,000 sign-on / retention bonus paid after 1 year of service
• Average 2,800+ miles per week per-driver

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Valid work history for the past 10 years
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Doubles Endorsement Required
• Intact teams are preferred, but we are always open to pairing!
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.
• MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
