Outpatient Mental Health Therapist- (Fully Licensed)

Overview Ellie Mental Health of Rockwall, TX is hiring for full time (Fully Licensed) Texas Licensed Professional Counselors Associates (LPC-A), Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists Associates (LMFT-A) for our outpatient office in Rockwall, TX, part of the Dallas metro. Ideal candidates would have experience in dealing with trauma or PTSD. Also looking for LPCA or LMSW or LMFTA who work with children and families. Salary: $82,000(+) per year (W2, paid biweekly via direct deposit). Compensation depends on how many clients you see weekly. The minimum caseload starts at 30 clients per week and can go up to 40 clients per week if you choose to. At 25 clients per week, you are considered full-time and qualify for full-time benefits. Setting: Private Outpatient Office. Schedule: Full time. You make your own schedule. Typically, Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Some later shifts from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM might be needed. A 4-day work week is possible as long as you meet the minimum caseload of 30 patients per week. Client Population: All ages from 2–99 years old. We see a wide variety of issues. You can choose the population and conditions you wish to be matched with. We have private pay, sliding scale, major medical, and Medicare/Medicaid clients. A full caseload can be achieved in about two weeks. Responsibilities Include Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. For full-time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Use a variety of treatment modalities for clients. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field. Texas state clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.). Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus). Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $82,000 per year. Paid training on the EMR system will be provided. Sessions: 53 minutes to 1 hour each; clients come on average weekly. On-site daily collaboration with the Clinical Director; the Clinical Director has an open-door policy. Meetings will be set as needed. Notes: No-shows/late cancellations are paid on a case-by-case basis.
